Directions
Mix all. Chill overnight. Serve with round loaf of Sourdough bread or crackers.
Ingredients
1 pint - Sour Cream1 package - frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed & drained)1 small can - Water Chestnuts (chopped)1 Tablespoon - Horseradish1 cup real - Mayonnaise1/4 cup chopped diced - Onion1 package - Knorr Vegetable Soup mix (or Green Onion Soup)2 Tablespoons Worchestershire sauce

Tried other recipes and think this is the best. Too much Karo makes the caramel "plastic" but 1 tablespoon keeps the sugar from crystallizing. Makes 2 cups.
The difference between caramel sauce and butterscotch sauce is: butterscotch uses brown sugar and caramel has white sugar.
