Directions
Lay bread in bottom of a greased 9 x 12 glass casserole
Wisk together: eggs, milk, sugar, spice, vanilla
Pour egg mixture over bread, turn slices once
Cover and refridgerate overnight.
Morning:
Preheat oven to 425
Sprinkle pecans over the top of the bread
Drizzle with butter
Bake 20-25 minutes until slices puff up
Variation: Use 2/3 cup orange juice + 1/3 cup milk Sprinkle with orange zest before baking

- 1 loaf french bread cut into 1" slices
